The vast majority of coconut oil manufactured in India comes from market copra treated with sulphur dioxide — a chemical preservative that remains in the final oil. Millco made a founding decision to never use market copra.
We source fresh coconuts from local collection points in Kerala. No open-market copra — no unknown treatment history, no sulphur contamination at the raw material stage.
Temperature and humidity are continuously monitored during our drying process. Absolute zero sulphur treatment. Every batch achieves consistent moisture content and clean chemical parameters.
Oil is extracted via hygienic mechanical pressing. No chemical solvents, no hexane. The purity of the raw material is fully preserved through to the final product.
Every production batch is tested in-house for acid value, moisture, peroxide value, and colour. Export batches receive independent third-party laboratory verification.
Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every shipment. APEDA, FSSAI, phytosanitary, and market-specific certificates provided as required.
Sulphur residue testing is increasingly mandatory in GCC, EU, and other markets. Sourcing from a verified sulphur-free manufacturer protects your supply chain from compliance risk.
We manufacture both virgin and refined coconut oil, with cold-press and expeller-press extraction methods — all from sulphur-free copra processed in-house.
Unrefined, cold-pressed oil from fresh coconuts. Retains natural coconut aroma, flavour, and maximum lauric acid content. Suitable for premium food, cosmetic, and nutraceutical applications.
Expeller-pressed and refined to remove natural aroma and colour. Neutral flavour profile and higher smoke point. Preferred for food manufacturing, industrial, and private label applications.
